Outstanding job! I was looking forward to the transformation in my home when I replaced the carpet with LVP and new baseboards, but I didn’t realize it could be such a good experience. Eliseo and the crew completed the job quicker than expected and left everything exactly where they found it. They were professional and efficient as they worked. My grandmother and I worked with Naty, Josue, and his team to install beautiful custom flooring into some old rooms that had experienced some water damage in the old particle board subflooring earlier this year. They demoed the old damaged flooring and installed the new stuff in only two days and did an incredible job. All I can say is WOW! Never will I DIY again. Danny, Josué and the team at Elite Surface pros are amazing. Not only did they stay on budget and on time but their work is stunning. They took the time to do everything exactly how we envisioned it and better. I never imagined this kind of work could be done so cleanly. There was literally no mess at all during the entire job. Victor the installer was friendly, professional and unobtrusive. I was in awe watching him work. We can't thank you all enough for making our final project so easy and perfect. We had a huge mess in our new gym location. 4 different kinds of floors and their crew came in and ripped it all up in one day. The floors look amazing after being ripped up. When the next crew came in and did the floors the gym looked absolutely amazing. The floors are still standing strong and we get constant compliments about it. I had my entire flooring replaced after the old tile in my house started shifting and tenting. We worked with Naty and Josue at Elite Surface Pros to guide us through the process, and they were wonderful. The showroom has plenty of beautiful options to choose from. The quote for the project came back within 2 days. The job was done on time, they communicated throughout the entire process what the status was and if there would be any shift in timeline. Keep in mind I had a large project that consisted of old tile and baseboard moulding removal and installation of all new in a 1,900 sq ft home. They are extremely detailed oriented, not one thing was missed! My new floor and baseboards are flawless! I’m so incredibly pleased with the entire process and experience.
